Pekin Hospital is seeking a creative team player to fill the position of Director of Surgical Services. The person selected to fill this position will oversee the operations of our operating rooms, recovery and ambulatory areas. The Surgery Department consists of 5 OR rooms, Cysto Room, and GI Endoscopy Lab and approximately 45 FTE's.

Requirements
A qualified candidate will have a minimum of a B.S. in nursing, 3-5 years OR experience and 3 years or more of supervisory or management experience in a surgical setting.
