AORN Works is seeking a full time manager for a large west coast facility. Manager will be responsible for Preadmission, Ambulatory Surgery and Recovery.
3.5 million dollar expense budget, responsible for 35 FTE's and reporting to the Director. 19 bed pre-admit/post procedure recovery area serving invasive procedure labs. 8 bed PACU in main surgery. This campus is dedicated to heart, vascular and neuroscience. Experienced core staff and collaborative system wide perioperative management team, state of the art operating suites.
Must have the ability to work with leadership and promote organizational and service line goals, demonstrated ability to foster collaborative relationships with physicians.
