Our client, community hospital located North Central of Boston, MA, has immediate opportunity for a Director of Perioperative Services. Director will oversee Operating Rooms, Endoscopy, Ambulatory Surgical services, Pre-op bay area, Post Anesthesia Care Unit and staff employees. Reports to Vice President for Patient Care Services. Overall direction and strategy of the perioperative service line. Responsible for budgeting and variance reporting. Collaborate and plan efficiency initiatives with the supply chain management team. Drives physician relationships within periop environment. Set policy and procedures. Responsible for compliance with regulatory and patient safety initiatives.
