Requirements

Qualifications:

• Must be a Licensed Registered Nurse in South Carolina with three (3) to four (4) years of clinical experience.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• A Master’s degree is required within three (3) years of hire.If the Master’s degree is not in Nursing, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required, along with a Master’s degree in a related field approved by the Director, AVP, or CNO.
• Certification in Nursing Executive (NE-BC) or Nursing Executive Advanced (NEA-BC) is required, or the ability to obtain certification within 24 months of hire.
